PUWER regulation 22 stipulates the requirement to have in place appropriate measures for the protection of any person carrying out maintenance operations which involve a risk to his health or safety. The provision of Arc Flash Face Shields and Arc Flash protective clothing mitigates the risk of serious injury, or even loss of life.
